The mill serves to process both natural and washed coffee from several small coffee producers within the Pantan Musara villages.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese producers were dislocated from their homes and land because of a natural disaster several years ago, and they have rebuilt their lives and farms with a new focus on coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough it's not traceable to specific varieties, this lot likely includes the most common varieties grown in Sumatra: Ateng, Bor Bor, Catimor, and Timor hybrids. This mix of local varieties creates a unique, complex, and exciting flavour profile.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis year, we have purchased both washed and natural processed coffee from this mill. Pantan Musara Natural has a distinctive fruit character with melting mouthfeel, reminds you of ripe mango or cooked pear.
